Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN MOTHERS GETTING WITH READINESS TO IMPROVING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT KB IUD POST PLASENTA ABSTRACT The use of post placental IUD KB is a program that is considered more effective compared to other types of contraception because its use can be done 10 minutes after the placenta is born and reduces morbidity in the mother. This study aims to identify nursing care in maternal with a readiness to increase knowledge about KB post placenta IUD. This research uses descriptive research with case study design, documentation data collection techniques. The number of subjects used was 2 patients. The data was obtained based on data attachments namely Scientific Papers which were downloaded through the Denpasar Poltekkes Repository. The results obtained include nursing studies there are differences in the results of the study of documentation with the theory used as a reference by researchers. The diagnoses are formulated in obstetric diagnoses. Interventions are not documented in both patient documents. The implementation provided is not the same as the guidelines used by researchers and the evaluation results use the SOAP format. Based on the results of the study concluded that there are several differences in the guidelines used by the researcher's theory from assessment to evaluation. The results of this study are expected to be a reference or reference in the application of nursing care in the midwifery room. Keywords: Maternity, Readiness to increase knowledge, KB post placenta IUD GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU BERSALIN DENGAN KESIAPAN PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG KB IUD POST PLASENTA ABSTRAK Penggunaan KB IUD post plasenta merupakan program yang dianggap lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan jenis kontrasepsi lainnya karena penggunaannya dapat dilakukan 10 menit setelah plasenta dilahirkan dan mengurangi angka kesakitan pada ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asuhan keperawatan pada ibu bersalin dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang KB IUD post plasenta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi. Jumlah subyek yang digunakan yaitu dua pasien. Data didapatkan berdasarkan lampiran data yaitu Karya Tulis Ilmiah yang diunduh melalui Repository Poltekkes Denpasar. Hasil yang didapatkan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada hasil studi dokumentasi dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosa yang dirumuskan diagnose kebidanan.Intervensi tidak didokumentasikan pada kedua dokumen pasien. Implementasi yang diberikan tidak sama dengan pedoman yang digunakan oleh peneliti dan hasil evaluasi menggunakan format SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan pedoman yang digunakan dengan teori peneliti dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan ataupun referensi dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan diruang kebidanan.
