Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “S” AGE 28 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 30 WEEKS 2 DAYS PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case Study Conducted in the Work Area of the Technical Implementation Unit of the District Health Center II West Denpasar District Health Office in 2020 ABSTRACT Maternal and infant mortality rates are a problem that exists in various countries. The government made various efforts to continuously suppress the MMR and IMR. This author aims to find out the application of midwifery care to 28 years old multigravida Mrs. "S" from 30 weeks 2 days to 42 days postpartum. The development of pregnancy does not like physiologically because in the first trimester at 13 weeks gestation the mother has mild anemia and in the third trimester at 37 weeks the mother re-examines Hb to obtain normal results. Fetal well-being is characterized by normal FHR and fetal movements are felt to be active. Childbirth takes place at the age of 39 weeks of gestation at the time of the first stage of birth pathologically but the mother can still give birth normally. The process of involution, removal of lochia and lactation during the puerperium takes place normally. The baby is born crying immediately, active motion with a birth weight of 3,500 grams. Midwives are expected to provide midwifery care according to standards and according to authority so as to prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, and neonates. Keywords: childbirth, neonates, newborn baby, postpartum, pregnancy.   ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “S” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN UMUR KEHAMILAN 30 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun 2020 ABSTRAK Angka kematian ibu dan bayi merupakan masalah yang ada diberbagai Negara. Pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk terus menerus menekan AKI dan AKB. Penulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “S” umur 28 tahun multigravida dari kehamilan 30 minggu 2 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Perkembangan kehamilan tidak berlangsung secara fisiologis dikarenakan pada trimester I pada usia kehamilan 13 minggu ibu mengalami anemia ringan dan pada trimester III pada usia 37 minggu ibu melakukan pemeriksaan Hb ulang sehingga didapatkan hasil normal. Kesejahteraan janin baik ditandai dengan DJJ normal dan gerakan janin dirasakan aktif. Persalinan berlangsung saat umur kehamilan 39 minggu pada persalinan kala I berjalan secara patologis namun ibu tetap dapat melahirkan secara normal. Proses involusi, pengeluaran lokia dan proses laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung secara normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, gerak aktif dengan berat badan lahir 3.500 gram. Bidan diharapkan dapat memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar serta sesuai wewenang sehingga dapat mencegah masalah dan komplikasi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, dan neonatus.
