Abstract
Nutritional status is a condition caused by the balance between the intake of nutrients from food with the nutritional requirements needed for the body's metabolism. The problem of nutritional status in school children still often occurs both thin nutritional status and over nutritional status.Knowledge and consumption of fast food are closely related to nutritional status in school children. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge and consumption of fast food with nutritional status in school children in SD Negeri 4 Gubug, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency. This type of research is observational study using a cross sectional design. The number of samples studied were 22 samples. From the research that has been done, the samples with normal nutritional status were 54.54%, samples with thin nutritional status were 27.27%, samples with fat nutritional status were 18.18%. Samples with less knowledge with thin nutritional status as much as 9.09% and lack of knowledge with fat nutritional status as much as 13.63%. And the sample with the frequency of consumption of fast food is rarely with thin nutritional status as much as 27.3% and consumption of fast food is often with nutritional status of fat as much as 18.2% Keywords : Nutritional status, knowledge of fast food, consumption of fast food
