Abstract

Foods that are high in purines are a cause of gouty arthritis. Gouty arthritis is inflammation of the joints due to the accumulation of monosodium urate in the blood. Gout Artrithis patients experience anxiety due to lack of exposure to information.Objectives: Research literature reviewing this scientific paper to describe Nursing Care by Providing Acupressure Therapy to Overcome Anxiety in Gout Artrithis patients.The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a case study approach through a review of the Denpasar Poltekkes Denpasar repository on behalf of Ni Luh Putu Saitra Maha Dewi, in two Gout Artrithis patients at UPT Sukmas 1 Gianyar Public Health Unit. The Acupressure Discussion was carried out at points TE 5, LI 4, PC 6, SP 6, KI 7, GV 20, apply pressure for 2 minutes each, Results The results showed Gout Artrithis patients, in the assessment obtained patients were worried about the conditions faced, and complained of dizziness, anxiety levels 20, uric acid levels of patient 1 which was 8.5 mg / dl and patient 2 which was 8.0 mg / dl, formulated a nursing diagnosis that is anxiety. The implementation given is acupressure therapy. The evaluation results obtained by the patient said after being given acupressure therapy his body relaxed,, no worries and anxiety was reduced by anxiety scores 15, with murat levels in patient 1 which is 6.0 mg / dl and patient 2 which is 6.8 mg / dl patient objective data looks cooperative. After being given acupressure measures the patient's anxiety level is resolved. Conclusions The results of research journals have decreased anxiety. Suggestions It is expected that patients are able to apply acupressure therapy independently. Gout arthritis merupakan peradangan persendian akibat akumulasi monosodium urat dalam darah. Pasien Gout Artrithis mengalami ansietas disebabkan kurang terpapar informasi.Tujuan Penelitian literatur review karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk menggambarkan Asuhan Keperawatan dengan Pemberian Terapi Akupresur untuk Mengatasi Ansietas pada pasien Gout Artrithis jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui review jurnal repository Poltekkes Denpasar atas nama Ni Luh Putu Saitra Maha Dewi, pada dua pasien Gout Artrithis di UPT Kesmas Sukawati 1 Gianyar. Pembahasan Akupresur dilakukan pada titik TE 5, LI 4, PC 6, SP 6, KI 7, GV 20, lakukan tekanan masing-masing selama 2 menit, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasien Gout Artrithis, pada pengkajian diperoleh pasien merasa khawatir dari kondisi yang dihadapai, dan mengeluh pusing , tingkat ansietas 20, kadar asam urat pasien 1 yaitu 8,5 mg/dl dan pasien 2 yaitu 8,0 mg/dl, dirumuskan diagnosis keperawatan yaitu ansietas. Implementasi yang diberikan yaitu terapi akupresur.Hasil evaluasi didapatkan pasien mengatakan setelah diberikan terapi akupresur tubuhnya rileks, ,tidak khawatir dan kecemasan berkurang dengan skor ansietas 15, dengan kadar asa murat pada pasien 1 yaitu 6,0 mg/dl dan pasien 2 yaitu 6,8 mg/dl data objektif pasien tampak kooperatif. Setelah diberikan tindakan akupresur tingkat kecemasan pasien teratasi. Hasil jurnal dengan pemberian terapi akupresur pada titik TE 5, LI 4, PC 6, SP 6, KI 7, GV 20 dapat penurunan ansietas. Saran Diharapkan pasien mampu menerapkan terapi akupresur secara mandiri. Kata kunci : Gout Artrithis, Ansietas, Akupresur, Asuhan Keperawatan
