Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN HIV/AIDS DENGAN DEFISIT NUTRISI DI RUANG DAHLIA GARING BRSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK HIV/AIDS disebabkan oleh infeksi virus Human Immunodeficiency Virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien HIV/AIDS adalah defisit nutrisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan Defisit Nutrisi Di Ruang Dahlia Garing BRSUD Tabanan Tahun 2020 dari proses pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi melalui dua dokumen pasien yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menemukan : pengkajian pola nutrisi yaitu terdiri dari pengkajian frekuensi/porsi makan, berat badan, nafsu makan, perubahan BB 3 bulan terakhir dan pengkajian head to toe pada bagian mulut dan gigi, abdomen, kulit. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu defisit nutrisi berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan menelan makanan. Perencanaan keperawatan mengacu pada Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). Implementasi keperawatan didokumentasikan secara umum dan hanya terdapat tujuh intervensi dari yang sudah direncanakan. Evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan yaitu metode pendokumentasian SOAP. Acuan teori yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu perumusan diagnosis keperawatan menggunakan SDKI, dalam perencanaan keperawatan dengan SLKI dan SIKI. Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, HIV/AIDS, Defisit Nutrisi DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS HIV / AIDS WITH NUTRITIONAL DEFICITS IN THE DAHLIA GARING ROOM OF TABANAN HOSPITAL IN 2020 ABSTRACT HIV / AIDS is caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, which attacks the immune system. One of the nursing problems that arise in HIV / AIDS patients is nutritional deficits. This research aims to determine the description of nursing care in HIV / AIDS patients with nutritional deficits in the Dahlia Garing Room of Tabanan hospital in 2020 from the process of review to nursing evaluation. This type of research is descriptive research with documentation study data collection techniques through two patient documents carried out in April 2020. The results of the research found: assessment of nutritional patterns which consists of assessing the frequency/portion of food, body weight, appetite, weight changes in the last 3 months and head to toe assessment of the mouth and teeth, abdomen, and skin. The nursing diagnosis that was formulated was that the nutritional deficit was related to the inability to swallow food. Nursing planning refers to the Indonesian Nursing Output Standards (SLKI) and the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). Implementation of nursing was documented in general and there were only seven interventions than had been planned. The nursing evaluation used is the SOAP documentation method. Theoretical references used in this research are the formulation of nursing diagnoses using the SDKI, in planning nursing with SLKI and SIKI Keywords: Nursing Care, HIV / AIDS, Nutritional Deficit
