Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP OF BEHAVIOR AND HEALTHY LIFE BEHAVIOR WITH THE EVENT OF DIARRHEA IN CHILDREN AGED 1-5 YEARS ABSTRACT Background:. The occurrence of diarrhea can be prevented by increasing the role of mothers in clean and healthy life behaviors in the household to empower household members in maintaining the health of children and family members from disease threats and environment that are less conducive to healthy living. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to review articles or journals about the relationship between clean and healthy behavior of mothers with diarrhea in children aged 1-5 years Method: The method used in this literature review is by searching articles, research journals and reviewing articles through three databases (Saince direct, Google Schooler, Garuda Portal,) that were searched from 2011 to 2019 with keywords used in searching articles or a journal about clean and healthy behavior of mothers with diarrhea in infants Results: Clean and healthy life behavior of mothers which included exclusive breastfeeding, using clean water, washing hands and using the toilet had a significant relationship with the incidence of diarrhea in infants. However, there are two results of the study stating that there is no significant relationship between the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior and the incidence of diarrhea Suggestion: To improve the ability of mothers, the role of health workers is needed to provide health education about how to prevent diarrhea in infants. Keywords: clean and healthy life behavior of mothers, the incidence of diarrhea in infants HUBUNGAN PRILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT IBU DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA USIA 1-5 TAHUN ABSTRAK Latar belakang:. Kejadian diare dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkan peran ibu dalam tindakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di rumah tangga untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga dalam menjaga kesehatan anak serta anggota keluarga dari gangguan ancaman penyakit dan lingkungan yang kurang kondusif untuk hidup sehat. Tujuan : Tujuan dilakukan literature review ini untuk menelaah artikel atau jurnal mengenai hubungan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita usia 1-5 tahun Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam literature review ini dengan penelusuran artikel, jurnal penelitian serta tinjauan ulang artikel melalui tiga database (Saince direct, Google Schooler, Portal Garuda,) yang dicari pada mulai tahun 2011 sampai 2019 dengan kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel atau jurnal mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita Hasil: Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ibu yang meliputi pemberian Asi eksklusif, menggunakan air bersih, mencuci tangan dan menggunakan jamban mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Namun ada dua hasil penelitian menyatakan bawah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan kejadian diare Saran: Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu maka diperlukanya peran dari petugas kesehatan untuk memberian edukasi kesehatan tentang bagaiamana cara mencegah diare pada balita Kata kunci : Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ibu, kejadian diare pada balita
