Abstract

Head injury (trauma capitis) is a mechanical injury that directly or indirectly affects the head resulting in injuries to the scalp, skull bone fractures, tearing of the lining of the brain and damage to the brain tissue itself, as well as resulting in neurological disorders. Nursing problems that arise in patients with moderate head injury is acute pain. Research says as many as 77% complained of feeling pain in the head after suffering a moderate head injury. This research uses descriptive research type and using data collection techniques is the study of documentation by observing documents of at least two nursing documents that are observed in depth. Documentation study data collection tool in the form of a checklist that must be filled by researchers. The results showed that there were similarities between two patients with moderate head injury (CKS) with acute pain in documenting nursing care in the Nusa Indah room of Bangli General Hospital. There are some differences with the theory used as a reference by researchers with documents on both subjects. This shows the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory that is used as a reference by nursing in the Nusa Indah room of Bangli General Hospital. ABSTRAK Cedera kepala (trauma capitis) adalah cedera mekanik yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung mengenai kepala yang mengakibatkan luka di kulit kepala, fraktur tulang tengkorak, robekan selaput otak dan kerusakan jaringan otak itu sendiri, serta mengakibatkan gangguan neurologis. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien cedera kepala sedang adalah nyeri akut. Penelitian menyebutkan sebanyak 77% mengeluh merasakan nyeri pada bagian kepala setelah mengalami cedera kepala sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi dokumentasi dengan mengobservasi dokumen terhadap dua dokumen keperawatan yang diamati secara mendalam. Alat pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi berupa checklist yang harus diisi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara dua pasien cedera kepala sedang (CKS) dengan nyeri akut dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang Nusa Indah RSU Bangli. Terdapat beberapa perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti dengan dokumen kedua subjek. Hal ini menunjukkan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh perawatn di ruang Nusa Indah RSU Bangli.
