Abstract

OVERVIEW OF NURSING CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH PNEUMONIA WITH AN INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN CILINAYA ROOM RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG YEAR 2020 ABSTRACT Pneumonia is an inflammatory condition of the lung, which is the alveoli may fill with fluid. This type of research is a descriptive study with a case study design. The research subjects were two patient documents. Data obtained by observing the patient's medical records by using an observation sheet in the form of a check list. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care pneumonia in children with ineffective airway clearance which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, implementation of nursing, and evaluation of nursing. The results obtained are the assessment of the two patients there are some differences in the symptoms of major and minor symptoms with theory. The nursing diagnosis that is established is that the airway clearance is ineffective without being equipped with etiology and symptoms. The planning used is different from the reference theory of researchers. The implementation is given in accordance with the nursing plan that has been made. This evaluation used SOAP but there are differences in the outcome criteria indicators with the researchers' reference theory. The results showed differences with the theory ranging from assessment to evaluation. This research is expected to be used as material for the development of science in the field of child nursing both for the Health Polytechnic Institute of Denpasar and to the Mangusada Regional Hospital. Keywords : Pneumonia, Ineffective Airway Clearance, Nursing Care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK PNEUMONIA DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG CILINAYA RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Pneumonia merupakan peradangan pada parenkim paru, yang biasanya berhubungan dengan terisinya alveoli oleh cairan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah dua dokumen pasien. Data diperoleh dengan cara mengobservasi catatan medis pasien dengan menggunakan lembar observasi berupa check list. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan asuhan kperawatan pada pasien pneumonia dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu pengkajian dari kedua pasien terdapat beberapa perbedaan pada tanda gejala mayor dan minor dengan teori. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif tanpa dilengkapi etiology dan symptom. Perencanaan yang digunakan berbeda dengan teori acuan peneliti. Implementasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang telah dibuat. Evaluasi yang digunakan menggunakan SOAP namun terdapat perbedaan indikator kriteria hasil dengan teori acuan peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dengan teori mulai dari pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang keperawatan anak baik bagi institusi Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar dan kepada pihak RSD Mangusada.
