Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MOTHER “AW” AGE 23 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVID FROM THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Study held in Klinik Puri Asih Denpasar ABSTRACT The maternal and neonatal mortality rate are the issue around the world. The government do all the effort to suppress the maternal and neonatal death. The purpose of this case study is to find out the results of care given to the mother “AW” age 23 years old primigravid with premature rupture of membrane (PROM) and Fetal Distress from third trimester of pregnancy until postpartum. The method in determining the cases is conducted by interview, examinations, observation and documentation. Mother “AW” at the 39 weeks and 5 days gestational ages had PROM with fetal distress and delivered with section caesarea. During the postpartum there was no complication. During the process of uterine involution, lochea, lactation, until 42 days are in normal limits Mother consumed Sauropus androgynus leafes to increase the production of breastmilk. The neonatal’s care giving with standars. The developmental and growth of the baby runs physiologically. Providing midwife care with standards is very important to control and detect the complications in the process of pregnancy, labour, postpartum and the baby. Key words: pregnancy; labor; postpartum, newborn baby and neonates ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “AW” UMUR 23 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Laporan Kasus dilaksanakan di Klinik Puri Asih Denpasar ABSTRAK Angka kematian ibu dan bayi merupakan masalah yang ada diberbagai Negara. Pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk terus menerus menekan AKI dan AKB. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “AW” umur 23 tahun primigravida dengan KPD dan Gawat Janin dari kehamilan trimester III sampai masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Ibu saat usia kehamilan 39 minggu 5 hari mengalami KPD disertai Gawat Janin sehingga proses persalinan berlangsung secara section caesarea. Pada masa nifas tidak ditemukan tanda bahaya pada ibu. Proses involusi pengeluaran lochea dan proses laktasi sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung normal. Ibu mengonsumsi sayur daun katuk untuk menambah produksi ASI. Asuhan kebidanan pada bayi sesuai standar. Perkembangan kondisi bayi baru lahir, neonatus sampai bayi berumur 42 hari berjalan fisiologis. Bidan diharapkan dapat memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar serta wewenang sehingga dapat mencegah masalah dan komplikasi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi.
