Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE GIVING DEEP BREATHING RELAXTATION TECHNIQUE TO RESOLVE ACUTE PAIN OF POST SECTIO CAESAREA MOTHER IN MARGAPATI WARD MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Sectio Caesarea is a way of giving birth to the fetus by making an incision on the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen. The incidence rate of sectio caesarea every year has increased. The most common problem found in post sectio caesarea patients is acute pain resulting from surgery on the front wall of the abdomen. The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care in giving deep breath relaxation technique to resolve acute pain in post sectio caesarea mother covering assessment until nursing evaluation. The type of this research is descriptive case study design. The subject as much as two respondents. Data collection was obtained by observation and documentation of the patient's medical records. Data collection tool used in the form of procedure of deep breath relaxation technique that must be filled value by the researcher through observation result of health officer. The results showed that there were several theoretical differences with the patient's medical record in nursing assessment, nursing plan, nursing implementation which was seen from the method of giving deep breathing relaxation technique and on the evaluation of nursing. However, the diagnosis of nursing is in accordance with the theory used as a reference by researchers. After the technique of breathing relaxed in the patient's pain is reduced is reduced from the pain scale of three to a zero scale.
