Abstract

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is the birth weight of babies less than 2500 grams. LBW has increased from 2013 by 5.7 per 1000 live births, increasing to 6.2 per 1000 live births in Indonesia. The main problem that often arises in LBW infants is hypothermia. Hypothermia is a body temperature below 36.50C. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of nursing care in LBW infants with hypothermia in the Perinatology Room of Tabanan BRSUD. The research method used was descriptive research with a case study design carried out in April 2020. The subjects used were nursing care documents of two patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used are observation and documentation. Observations on nursing assessment found that there are some major data and minor data that are not reviewed. The diagnosis of the first and second subjects namely hypothermia is related to thinner subcutaneous fat tissue. Nursing interventions of the first and second subjects refer to SIKI and SLKI. The nursing implementation of the first and second subjects was carried out according to interventions that referred to SIKI and SLKI. Nursing evaluation already uses SOAP. This research is expected to be used as material for developing science in the field of nursing both for the Poltekkes Institution of the Ministry of Health Denpasar and for the Tabanan BRSUD. Keywords: LBW; Hypothermia: Nursing Care Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) adalah berat lahir bayi kurang dari 2500 gram. BBLR mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2013 sebesar 5,7 per 1000 kelahiran hidup meningkat menjadi 6,2 per 1000 kelahiran hidup di Indonesia. Masalah utama yang sering muncul pada bayi BBLR adalah hipotermia. Hipotermia adalah suhu tubuh di bawah 36,50C. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada bayi BBLR dengan hipotermia di Ruang Perinatologi BRSUD Tabanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020. Subyek yang digunakan adalah dokumen asuhan keperawatan dua pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengamatan pada pengkajian keperawatan didapatkan ada beberapa data mayor dan data minor yang tidak dikaji. Diagnosis dari subyek pertama dan kedua yaitu hipotermia berhubungan dengan jaringan lemak subkutan lebih tipis. Intervensi keperawatan dari subyek pertama dan kedua mengacu pada SIKI dan SLKI. Implementasi keperawatan dari subyek pertama dan kedua dilakukan sesuai intervensi yang mengacu pada SIKI dan SLKI. Evaluasi keperawatan sudah menggunakan SOAP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang keperawatan baik bagi Institusi Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar dan kepada pihak BRSUD Tabanan.
