Abstract

RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT AND HEALTH OFFICERS WITH EXCLUSIVE ASSESSMENT ABSTRACT Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is that which provides milk only for babies up to six months without providing food and drinks other than medicine, ASI provides all the ingredients needed by the baby's nutrition is very specific and in accordance with the needs of growth and development of infants, the low giving of milk that can cause babies with susceptible to respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections, and can increase mortality in infants, as long as mothers take care to get ASI assistance, mothers who need help, who provide family and assistance from health workers. Purpose: This literature review aims to examine research articles that discuss the support of families and health workers with exclusive breastfeeding. Method: Using 3 databases (Google Scholer, Garuda Portal, Proquest) which were sought in 2015-2019 which contained research reports and interviews that discussed the support of families and health workers by providing exclusive breastfeeding. Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding, family support, health support staff are used to search electronic databases. 19 journals obtained from search results using these keywords. Then after selecting the contents of the journal, obtained 15 journals in accordance with the discussion of family support and health workers with exclusive breastfeeding. Results: Family assistance and health workers are factors that have a significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding and make a positive contribution to exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusions and Recommendations: This literature review shows that family support and health workers can help a mother's success in giving exclusive breastfeeding, the family support that is obtained to continue breastfeeding, the greater the mother's ability to survive breastfeeding, the success of exclusive breastfeeding is also influenced by support of health workers where health workers play an important role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding, health workers can provide counseling to both pregnant and nursing mothers about exclusive breastfeeding. These findings provide insights for families and health workers to increase support for exclusive breastfeeding. Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding, family support, support of health workers. HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF ABSTRAK Latar belakang: ASI eksklusif adalah perilaku yang hanya memberikan ASI saja kepada bayi sampai berumur enam bulan tanpa memberikan makanan dan minuman lain kecuali obat, ASI mengandung semua bahan yang diperlukan oleh bayi kandungan gizinya sangat khusus dan sempurna serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan tumbuh kembang bayi, rendahnya pemberian ASI ekskluisf dapat menyebabkan bayi mudah terserang penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan, infeksi saluran cerna, dan dapat meningkatkan resiko angka kematian pada bayi, selama ibu menyusui agar tercapai pemberian ASI eksklusif ibu membutuhkan dukungan, yaitu dukungan dari keluarga dan dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan : Telaah literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah artikel penelitian yang meneliti tentang dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Metode: Menggunakan 3 database ( Google Scholer, Portal Garuda, Proquest ) yang dicari pada antara 2015-2019 berupa laporan hasil penelitian dan riview yang membahas dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Kata kunci ASI Eksklusif, dukungan keluarga, dukungan petugas kesehatan digunakan untuk mencari pada database elektronik. Didapatkan 19 jurnal dari hasil pencarian menggunakan kata kunci tersebut. Kemudian setelah dilakukan seleksi isi jurnal, diperoleh 15 jurnal yang sesuai dengan pembahasan dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Hasil : Dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan merupakan factor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pemberian ASI ekskluisf, semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan yang didapatkan oleh ibu semakin tinggi pula keberhasilan ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Telaah literature ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan dapat membantu keberhasilan seorang ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekskluisf, dukungan keluarga yang didapatkan untuk terus menyusui maka semakin besar pula kemampuan ibu untuk dapat bertahan terus menyusui, keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan tenaga kesehatan dimana petugas kesehatan sangat berperan penting dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif, petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan baik pada ibu hamil maupun ibu menyusui tentang ASI eksklusif. Hasil temuan ini memberikan wawasan kepada keluarga dan petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan dukungan dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif.
