Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING IN PRIMIGRAVIDA THIRD TRIMESTER TO IMPROVE READINESS DELIVERY ABSTRACT Capital primigravida third trimester is pregnant the first time that has entered the age of twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy up to thirty-six weeks. The main problem in primigravida third trimester to improve the readiness of delivery. This study aimed to describe the picture primigravida nursing care in the third trimester to improve the readiness of deliveries at health center Dauh Puri Denpasar in 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design. The samples used were two patients primigravida third trimester. Instruments used in the form of nursing care guidelines. The results showed that there are similarities between the two patient primigravida third trimester to improve the readiness of labor in nursing documentation in Poli KIA but there are some differences with a review of the theory referenced by researchers on nursing diagnosis and planning. Nursing diagnosis is not appointed, but diagnosis is lifted namely obstetrics diagnosis. Planning to improve the readiness of labor there is no format. Evaluations were used that SOAP format. From the results of this study are expected for the clinic that their nursing documentation format especially planning format.
