Abstract
abstract skripsi : Temper tantrums is a behavior that is part of a child’s emotional development. Contributing factor to temper tantrums is parented, which can influenced by age, education, and employment. Purpose of this study was to relationship between maternal characteristics included age, education and occupation with temper tantrums children in kindergarten 4 Sar aswati Denpasar. Correlational analytic research method with cross sectional approach with a the number of respondents 66 mothers. technique probability sampling and used proportional random sampling method. Respondent this study who met the inclusion criteria. The results of the characteristics of mother by age are mostly 21-35 years, mother’s education level is mostly tertiary education and based the work of mothers working mothers and temper tantrum children in the medium category. Fisher exact test result from the relationship of maternal age characteristics with temper tantrum children obtained result p value 0,426 while the relationship between the characteristics of maternal education with temper tantrum children result p value 0,000 and the relationship between mother’s work characteristics and temper tantrum child resultp value 0,000. the conclusion there is a relationship between the caracteristics of education and work of mothers with temper tantrum children in Kindergarten 4 Saraswati Denpasar.
