Abstract

NURSING CARE DESCRIPTION OF STROKE NON HEMORRHAGIC PATIENTS WITH IMPAIRED PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN OLEG WARD MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL 2020 ABSTRACT Non-hemorrhagic stroke or ischemic stroke is a sudden loss of brain function due to impaired blood supply to parts of the brain. One of the nursing problems that arise in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients is one of them is impaired physical mobility. Impaired physical mobility is a limitation in the physical movements of one or more limbs independently. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility in the Oleg Room of Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2020. This study uses a descriptive study with a case study design of two non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with physical mobility disorders that will be observed in in-depth study using documentation of both patient documents. Data collection tool in the form of observation guidelines. The results showed that there were similarities in documenting nursing care in the room in the two non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who experienced physical mobility impairment, but there were differences in the references used in the nursing process. In this case the hospital uses a reference in the form of nursing care standards (SAK) which looks different from the books of the SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as a reference for researchers. The expected outcome of this research is the revision and socialization of nursing care in order to refer to the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI. Keywords: Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, Impaired Physical Mobility, Nursing Care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RUANG OLEG RSUD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Stroke non hemoragik atau stroke iskemik adalah hilangnya fungsi otak secara mendadak akibat gangguan suplay darah ke bagian otak. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien stroke non hemoragik salah satunya adalah gangguan mobilitas fisik. Gangguan mobilitas fisik merupakan keterbatasan dalam gerakan fisik dari satu atau lebih ekstremitas secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien stroke non hemoragik dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada Badung tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua pasien stroke non hemoragik dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik yang akan diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi terhadap kedua dokumen pasien. Alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan pada kedua pasien stroke non hemoragik yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik, namun terdapat perbedaan acuan yang digunakan dalam proses keperawatan. Dalam hal ini pihak rumah sakit menggunakan acuan berupa standar asuhan keperawatan (SAK) yang tampak berbeda dengan buku SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI sebagai acuan peneliti. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya revisi dan sosialisasi pada asuhan keperawatan agar mengacu pada SDKI, SLKI, dan SIKI.
