Abstract
PHYSICAL QUALITY REVIEW AND AIR MICROBIOLOGY IN CENTRAL SURGICAL INSTALLATION ROOM OF THERSUD IN KLUNGKUNG REGENCY IN YEAR OF 2018 ABSTRACT Installation of Central Surgery RSUD Klungkung provides emergency elective services that have two operating rooms. The average patient who performed the surgery in May was 197 patients. The type of research is descriptive ie observing the direct object and compare the results with Kepmenkes. 1204 / Menkes / SK / X / 2004 on Health Requirements for Hospital Environment. This study aims to determine the quality of room temperature, air humidity, and airborne germs in the Installation Room of Central Surgery RSUD Klungkung Regency. The results obtained that the air temperature in the room OK 1 was eligible but the air humidity and air germs were not eligible. Room temperature and air humidity in room OK 2 were eligible but air germs was not eligible accordance with applicable requirements. To improve air quality in terms both of physical and airborne microbiology in the operating room of Central Surgery Installation of RSUD Klungkung Regency, the authors suggested to those responsible for facilities and facilities in the operating room to immediately repair damaged facilities or facilities in the operating room and to employees in the Central Surgery Installation room so as not to get too frequent in and out of the operating room so that the room remains sterile and that after surgery and after disinfection of each operating room, the entrance doors of each operating room should always be closed tightly.
