Abstract
The defisit nutrition is the one of diagnose nursing the most comes up a lot in Diabetes Mellitus where the occurrence of nutritional intake insufficient to met the needs of metabolism. The purpose of this study is to describe of nursing care in patients with diabetes mellitus with defisit nutrition at Oleg Ward Mangusada Hospital in 2018. This stud make descriptive method by design a case study conducted in April 2018. Sample used by 2 a person who is criteria insklusi and exclusion. An instrument used by guidelines observation documentation. The result shown covering on assessment 3 of 12 questions used have examined, to diagnose nursing 5 of 19 questions used found, in nursing intervention 5 of 10 plan used found, on implementation of 10 question no one found appropriate, and on the evaluation of 3 question no one found in accordance with the directive observation used. The management of nursing at Mangusada Hospital to revise the nursing care standard which have been used and the formulation of the result the diagnoses used by Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standard.
