Abstract
The Knowledge Level and Application of Personal Hygiene Of Food Vendor at Sanglah Market in Denpasar 2018 ABSTRACT Sanglah market opens daily every 05:00 a.m – 17:00 a.m and 17:00 a.m -05:00 a.m. Many people like to go there in the morning and evening for shopping or just for sightseeing. Sanglah market is one of the culinary centers that sell many variant of food which help people to buy and choose their food. This study used total population. The data compiled in this study were primary data and secondary data. This study used questionnaire to gather the data for the knowledge level and observation sheets for the personal hygiene of the food vendors. The gathered data was processed and presented in form of table and graphic. The result showed that the numbers of food vendors who have medium knowledge in health level are 14 people (70%), and the numbers of food vendors who have pretty good application are 13 people (65%). Suggestion for the health officer is to increase the counseling program and evaluation. Keywords : Knowledge, application, and personal hygiene
