Abstract

Comprehensive midwifery care standarts of pregnancy to postnatal is one of the efforts to decrease MMR and IMR. The purpose of this case study is to find out the results of care given to the mothers “AO” from third trimester of pregnancy to postpartum and newborns according to the standards. The method in determining the cases is conducted by interview, examinations, observation and documentation. Midwife rearing is given from March until May 2019. The development of maternal pregnancy “AO” runs physiologically. Uncomplicated vaginal delivery mothers. The first time lasted for 6,5 hours, at second time 20 minutes, at third time is 5 minutes and monitoring in stage IV within normal limits. The baby born at 00.50 a.m., cry, active movements, with reddish skin and weight 3300 grams. During the process of uterine involution, lochea, lactation, and psychological expulsion takes place within normal limits. Midwife rearing is given to infants in accordance with essential neonatal care. The developmental and growth of the baby runs physiologically. Providing midwife rearing based on the standards is very important to control and detect the complications in the process of pregnancy, chilbirth, parturition and the baby. Key words: pregnancy; labor; postpartum, and newborn baby. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif sesuai standar dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas adalah salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “AO” dari kehamilan trimester III sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir sesuai standar. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Maret sampai Mei 2019. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “AO” berjalan secara fisiologis. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 6,5 jam, kala II 20 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir pukul 00.50 wita segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3300 gram. Pada masa nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, laktasi dan psikologis berlangsung dalam batas normal. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan pada bayi telah sesuai dengan pelayanan neonatal esensial. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi berjalan secara fisiologis. Memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
