Abstract
STUDI MANAJEMEN PENGADAAN GARAM BERYODIUM DI DESA BERINGKIT BELAYU KECAMATAN MARGA KABUPATEN TABANAN ABSTRACT Konsumsi garam beryodium sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya gangguan akibat kekurangan iodium (GAKI).) Yang paling sering digunakan untuk mengatasi GAKI adalah program garam beryodium dan suplementasi minyak beryodium. Pengadaan dan distribusi yang baik adalah kunci keberhasilan akses ke garam beryodium di masyarakat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengadaan dan distribusi garam beryodium di Desa Beringkit Belayu, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Jenis penelitian observasional dengan desain penelitian crossectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan dan distribusi garam beryodium di desa dikelola oleh kepala desa. Dana untuk program ini diperoleh dari anggaran kesehatan desa yang berasal dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa. Pemberian garam beryodium diutamakan kepada rumah tangga yang memiliki balita dengan total sebanyak 98 rumah tangga. Sebelum program dapat didistribusikan ke rumah tangga, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengadaan, pengawasan, distribusi dan kegiatan evaluasi akhir. Pendistribusian garam beryodium di desa Beringkit Belayu dilakukan pada saat kegiatan posyandu yang berlangsung setiap satu bulan sekali dengan merk garam karapan sapi. Kata kunci : Manajemen Pengadaan, Manajemen Distribusi, Garam Beryodium STUDY MANAGEMENT OF PROCUREMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF IODIZED SALT IN BERINGKIT BELAYU VILLAGE MARGA SUB DISTRICT TABANAN REGENCY ABSTRACT The consumption of iodized salt is very important to prevent disruption due to iodine deficiency (IDD). The most frequently used to overcome IDD is a program of iodized salt and lipiodol. Good procurement and distribution is the key to successful access to iodized salt in community. The study aims to determine the system of procurement and distribution of iodized salt in Beringkit Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. Type of observational research with crossectional research design. The results of study show that the procurement and distribution of iodized salt in the village has a manageability managed by the village head. Funds for this program were obtained from the village health budget originating from the village budgeting budget. Procurement of iodized salt in village Compares with the total number of households that have toddlers and uses iodized salt of 98 households. The program for giving iodized salt goes through four stages before it can be distributed to households, namely the planning, organizing and procurement, supervision, distribution and final evaluation activities. Distribution of iodized salt in the village Circles for households that have toddlers carried out during the posyandu activities with brands of salt karapan sapi.
