Abstract
OVERVIEW OF BACTERIOLOGICAL QUALITY AND PERSONAL HYGIENE EMPLOYEE HOME INDUSTRY LOLOH CEMCEM IN TOURISM VILLAGE TOURISM DISTRICT BANGLI TAHUN 2018 ABSTRACT Food is one of the basic human needs. The need for food security can be applied starting from the one that produces, makes, handles or provides food. Newly developed food company or often called home industry (home industry) in the field of food that is loloh cemcem drink typical Penglipuran Tourism Village. Household industry in Penglipuran Tourism Village has a very important role in its contribution to the improvement of people's prosperity. Foodborne disease transmission is characterized by many cases of morbidity and mortality caused by food (foodborne disease) such as acute diarrhea. The purpose of this research is to know the description of bacteriological quality loloh and personal hygiene of employees home industry in Penglipuran Village Village Bangli District Bangli District. The type of research used in this study is descriptive cross sectional. Samples taken are loloh cemcem drinks and personal hygiene employees. Based on the results of bacteriological research, there were Coliform that exceeded the threshold of 96 / 100ml and E.coli 0 (negative) at production site I. The result of observation of personal hygiene of 12 employees (57%) fulfilled the requirement, 9 people (43%) did not fulfill the requirement . Level of knowledge of personal hygiene of employees 13 people (62%) good category, 8 people (38%) less good category. Keywords: Personal hygiene , Bacteriological quality, Loloh cemcem
