Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil Riskesdas tahun 2013 menyebutkan 93,5% penduduk usia lebih 10 tahun mengonsumsi sayuran dan buah di bawah anjuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat konsumsi buah dan sayur dan status gizi remaja. Ini adalah penelitian cross sectional yang menggunakan 84 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan sebagian besar sampel yaitu 70,2% memiliki status gizinya normal, 2,4% kurus, 11,9% gemuk, 15,5% obesitas. Tingkat konsumsi buah dan sayur perhari sampel sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang yaitu buah 86,9% dan sayur 57,1%. Sebaran status gizi berdasarkan tingkat konsumsi buah yaitu sampel kurus 1,2% kategori cukup dan 1,2% kategori kurang. Sampel normal lebih dari separuh kategori kurang yaitu 58,3%. Sampel gemuk dalam kategori kurang yaitu 11,9%. Sampel obesitas dalam kategori kurang yaitu 15,5%. Sebaran status gizi berdasarkan konsumsi sayur yaitu sampel kurus dalam kategori cukup yaitu 2,4%. Sampel normal lebih banyak dalam kategori cukup yaitu 38,1%. Sampel gemuk lebih banyak kategori kurang yaitu 10,7%, Sampel obesitas lebih banyak kategori kurang yaitu 14,3%. ABSTRACT The results of the 2013 Riskesdas stated that 93.5% of the population aged more than 10 years consumed vegetables and fruits under the recommendation. This study aims to determine the level of fruit and vegetable consumption and nutritional status of adolescents. This is a cross-sectional study using 84 samples. The results of this study found that most of the samples were 70.2% had normal nutritional status, 2.4% were thin, 11.9% overweight, 15.5% were obese. The level of consumption of fruits and vegetables per day was mostly in the poor category, namely 86.9% fruit and vegetables 57.1%. Distribution of nutritional status based on the level of fruit consumption is a thin sample of 1.2% enough category and 1.2% less category. Normal samples are more than half of the less categories, 58.3%. Fat samples in the less category are 11.9%. Obese samples in the less category are 15.5%. Distribution of nutritional status based on vegetable consumption is a thin sample in the adequate category of 2.4%. More normal samples in the adequate category are 38.1%. Fat samples were more or less in the category of 10.7%, obesity samples were more or less in category, 14.3%.
