Abstract
Hygiene and sanitation of public places is one of the public health efforts that broadly covers the areas of prevention and improvement. Based on data from the Public Health Unit Gianyar 1, the Bukit Jati Swimming Pool was last inspected in 2016, and the residual chlor examination results were exceeded. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of sanitation of Bukit Jati Swimming Pool Gianyar Regency. The type of research used is descriptive by observing and directly examining several chemical and physical parameters of water. From this study on pool water quality, it was found that 1 item did not meet the requirements of the play pool and 2 items did not meet the requirements of the sports pool. In the sanitation facility, 2 items did not meet the requirements, and in building construction 1 items did not meet the requirements. From the results of the examination of three components, it was found that the sanitation condition of the Bukit Jati Swimming Pool in Gianyar Regency fulfilled the requirements. Therefore it is necessary to supervise swimming pool sanitation efforts so that swimming pools become healthy, safe, and comfortable for visitors.
