Abstract
West Denpasar Health Center I is the Community Health Center in Denpasar City with the highest TB patients in 2017. Increased pulmonary TB cases can be influenced by physical conditions in the home environment and behavioral factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the physical environment and behavior of patients with pulmonary TB. The type of research used is observational research. The sample in this study were 68 TB sufferers. The results of the temperature study showed that (76%) fulfilled the requirements, the air humidity in the room (53%) fulfilled the requirements, home lighting (55%) fulfilled the requirements, ventilation conditions (80%) fulfilled the requirements, occupancy density of the bedrooms (95%) fulfilling the condition of the floor condition (91%) of the house fulfilling the conditions of the walls of the house all fulfilling the Behavior requirements of pulmonary TB patients (92%) fulfilling the requirements and (8%) not fulfilling the requirements. Conclusions from the study of the physical environment of the house (67%) met the requirements and behavior of pulmonary TB patients (92%) fulfilling the requirements. It is recommended that patients replace tiles using glass tiles, take medication regularly and often open windows. Keywords: tuberculosis, behavior, physical environment Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat merupakan Puskesmas di Kota Denpasar dengan pasien TB tertinggi pada tahun 2017. Peningkatan kasus TB paru dapat di pengaruhi oleh faktor kondisi fisik lingkungan rumah dan faktor perilaku. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui lingkungan fisik serta perilaku penderita TB paru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 penderita TB. Hasil penelitian suhu menunjukkan bahwa (76%) memenuhi syarat, kelembaban udara pada ruangan (53%) rumah yang memenuhi persyaratan, Pencahayaan rumah (55%) memenuhi syarat, kondisi ventilasi (80%) memenuhi syarat, kepadatan hunian ruang tidur (95%) memenuhi syarat kondisi lantai (91%) rumah memenuhi syarat kondisi dinding rumah semua memenuhi syarat Perilaku penderita TB paru (92%) memenuhi syarat dan (8%) tidak memenuhi syarat. Simpulan dari penelitian lingkungan fisik rumah (67%) memenuhi syarat dan perilaku penderita TB paru (92%) memenuhi syarat. Disarankan agar penderita mengganti genteng menggunakan genteng kaca, meminum obat dengan teratur dan sering membuka jendela. Kata kunci : tuberkulosis, perilaku, lingkungan fisik
