Abstract
ABSTRAK Diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang ada di dunia yang disebabkan oleh gaya hidup yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ankle brachial index dengan sensitivitas kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe II di UPT Kesmas Gianyar I. Jenis penelitin ini adalah non ekperimen menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional denga teknik purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden laki-laki sebanyak 22 orang dan responden perempuan sebanyak 35 orang dengan rentang usia 46-55 tahun dan rata-rata menderita diabetes melitus selama 5,70 tahun. Hasil analisa mengguakan ujipearsondiperoleh nilai p = 0,013. Karena nilai p < α (0,05), maka H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada hubungan ankle brachial index dengan sensitivitas kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe II di UPT Kesmas Gianyar I. This study aims to determine the relationship of ankle brachial index with foot sensitivity of patients with type II diabetes mellitus in the Gianyar Public Health Unit I. This type of research is non-experimental using aapproach cross sectional with a purposive sampling technique. The total sample of this study amounted to 67 people. The results showed that there were 22 male respondents and 35 female respondents with ages ranging from 46 to 55 years and on average suffered diabetes mellitus for 5.70 years. The analysis results using thetest Pearson obtained a value of p = 0.013. Because the value of p <α (0.05), then H0 is rejected. This means that there is a relationship between the ankle brachial index and the sensitivity of the feet of patients with type II diabetes mellitus in the Gianyar I UPT Kesmas.
