Abstract

The increase in caesarean section is directly proportional to the increase in the incidence of surgical wound infections (ILO). Infection can inhibit the process of wound healing, so to prevent infection one of the techniques that must be controlled by nurses is wound care because the main principle of wound care is infection control. This study aims to describe the nursing care procedures for wound care in post sectio caesarea mothers to prevent the risk of infection in the Wangaya ward, using the nursing process. The research method uses a case study design, data collection techniques used by the method of observation and documentation. The results obtained in the assessment are in accordance with the assessment format made, the diagnosis raised is not a nursing diagnosis of infection risk but a diagnosis of obstetrics, at the planning stage used is different from nursing planning because officers use midwifery care planning, at the implementation stage there is no specific implementation sheet, Health workers documented the implementation in the form of SOAP on an integrated record, wound care measures were carried out on the second day of the Operating Procedure Standard (SOP) used in accordance with the SOP used in the room, nursing evaluation using the SOAP format whose contents are in accordance with the theory. The results of this case study hopefully can be used as a reference in implementing nursing care especially in post sectio caesarea patients in treating wounds. Keywords: Treatment of SC wounds, Mother post sectio caesarea, Risk of infection Meningkatnya sectio caesarea berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kejadian infeksi luka operasi (ILO). Infeksi dapat menghambat proses terjadinya kesembuhan luka, maka dari itu untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi salah satu teknik yang harus dikuasi perawat yaitu perawatan luka karena prinsip utama perawatan luka merupakan pengendalian infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan prosedur perawatan luka pada ibu post sectio caesarea untuk mencegah risiko infeksi di ruang dara RSUD Wangaya, dengan mengunakan proses keperawatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengkajian telah sesuai dengan format pengkajian yang dibuat, diagnosa yang diangkat bukanlah diagnosa keperawatan risiko infeksi melainkan diagnosa kebidana, pada tahap perencanaan yang digunakan berbeda dengan perencanaan keperawatan karena petugas mengunakan perencanaan asuhan kebidanan, pada tahap pelaksanaan tidak ada lembar implementasi khusus, petugas kesehatan mendokumentasikan implementasi berupa SOAP pada catatan terintegrasi, tindakann perawatan luka telah dilakukan pada hari kedua Standar Operasional Prosdur (SOP) yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang digunakan di ruangan, evaluasi keperawatan menggunakan format SOAP yang isinya sesuai dengan teori. Hasil studi kasus ini semoga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan khususnya pada pasien post sectio caesarea dalam merawat luka.
