Abstract

KOMPARASI RIWAYAT BBLR DAN BBL NORMAL DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN ANAK USIA 0-60 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA UPT KESMAS SUKAWATI I TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK BBLR adalah bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan <2.500 gram di sukawati kabupaten gianyar prevalensi BBLR yang tertinggi di bali, BBLR menyebabkan terjadi keterlambatan perkembangan pada balita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Komparasi riwayat BBLR Dan BBL normal dengan perkembangan anak usia 0-60 bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati 1 Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimen dengan jenis korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2019. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner KPSP dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan balita dengan riwayat BBLR yaitu 52,3%, dengan perkembangan sesuai, (12,5%), perkembangan meragukan,(23,9%), perkembangan menyimpang (15,9%) dan yang memiliki riwayat BBLN yaitu 47,7% dengan perkembangan sesuai yang memliki riwayat BBLN yaitu 28,4%, perkembangan meragukan yang memliki riwayat BBLN yaitu 14,8% dan perkembangan menyimpang yang memliki riwayat BBLN yaitu 4,5%. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Chi square dengan nilai p=0,002 (α=0,05). Artinya Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara BBLR dan BBLN dengan perkembangan di wilayah kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati 1 Tahun 2019. Saran: bagi petugas puskesmas di harapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat di jadikan acuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan anak yang memiliki riwayat BBLR dan BBLN. The highest prevalence of LBW in Bali is found in Gianyar. LBW causes a developmental delay in toddlers. The aim of this study was to find out the comparative history of normal LBW with the development of children aged 0-60 months in the Work Area of the Public Health Unit of Sukawati 1 in 2019. This study was a non- experimental study with correlational types and a cross sectional approach. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The number of samples is 88 people. The study was conducted in April to May 2019. Data collection used the KPSP questionnaire and observation sheet. The results showed that children with a history of low birth weight were 52.3%, with appropriate development (12.5%), dubious development (23.9%), deviation development (15.9%) and who had history of NBW which was 47, 7% of which is a history of BBLN which is 4.5%. Hypothesis testing uses Chi square testwith a value of p = 0.002 (α = 0.05). This means that there is a significant difference between LBW and the development in the work area of the Public Health Unit for Sukawati 1 in 2019. Suggestion: for health workers in Public Health Unit, it is expected that reference for improving the development of children who have a history of LBW.
