Abstract
Prosedur masase fundus uteri telah terbukti mengurangi resiko perdarahan pascapersalinan (PPH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pemberian prosedur masase fundus uteri pada ibu bersalin normal dengan risiko perdarahan kala III di ruang VK RSUD Wangaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Jumlah subyek yaitu dua ibu bersalin kala III. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dalam pengkajian pada dokumen pasien sudah sesuai dengan teori. Diagnosa yang dirumuskan berdasarkan diagnosa kebidanan. Intervensi dirumuskan berdasarkan tujuan dan kriteria hasil yaitu lakukan manajemen aktif kala III. Evaluasi didapatkan pada dokumen kedua pasien menggunakan SOAP yaitu plasenta lahir spontan kesan lengkap dan perdarahan pervagina tidak aktif. Diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam proses pendokumentasian pada catatan rekam medis pasien untuk menambahkan konsep asuhan keperawatan khususnya dibagian diagnosa dan implementasi, serta lembar prosedur asuhan keperawatan pemberian prosedur masase fundus uteri pada ibu partus spontan. Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan, masase fundus uteri, resiko perdarahan, kala III Uterine fundus massage procedures have been proven to reduce the risk of postpartum bleeding (PPH). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care with uterine fundus massage procedures in normal maternal mothers with the risk of third stage bleeding in the delivery room of the Wangaya Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation studies. The number of subjects is two times when the mother gives birth. The results of the study show that the assessment of patient documents is in accordance with the theory. Diagnosis is formulated based on obstetric diagnosis. Interventions are formulated based on objectives and outcome criteria, namely active management when III. Evaluation was obtained in the second document the patient used SOAP, namely the placenta was born spontaneously the complete impression and the vaginal bleeding was not active. Expected to taken into concideration in the process of documenting the medical records of patients to add the concept of nursing care specifically in the diagnosis and implementation, as well as a sheet of uterine fundus massage procedures for spontaneous parturition mothers.
