Abstract

Anemia aplastik merupakan salah satu jenis anemia yang ditandai dengan adanya pansitopenia (penurunan jumlah sel darah) darah tepi dan menurunnya selularitas sumsum tulang. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada anemia aplastik salah satunya adalah intoleransi aktivitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak anemia aplastik dengan intoleransi aktivitas di RSUP Sanglah tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua subjek dengan metode mengobservasi dokumen rekam medis pasien. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa lembar observasi asuhan keperawatan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan pengkajian dan teori, diagnosis keperawatan intoleransi aktvitas tidak dirumuskan diruangan karena tidak menjadi diagnosis prioritas, intervensi keperawatan yang digunakan di ruangan berbeda dengan teori, implementasi yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan intervensi yang ditetapkan, dan evaluasi keperawatan mengunakan format SOAP sesuai dengan teori. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus yang telah dilakukan, diharapkan perawat menambah wawasan dan menggunakan pedoman-pedoman baru yang ada seperti SDKI 2016 dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan sehingga mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif. DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN CHILDREN APLASTIC ANEMIA WITH ACTIVITY INTOLERANCE IN SANGLAH HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Aplastic anemia is one type of anemia characterized by the presence of pancytopenia (decreased blood cell count) peripheral blood and decreased bone marrow cellularity. Nursing problems that arise in aplastic anemia are one of them is activity intolerance. This study aims to describe the nursing care in children with aplastic anemia with activity intolerance in Sanglah General Hospital in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive with a case study design of two subjects by observing the patient's medical record document. The tool used to collect data is in the form of nursing care observation sheets. The results obtained in this study are there are differences in assessment and theory, nursing diagnosiss of activity intolerance are not formulated in the room because it does not become a priority diagnosis, nursing interventions used in the room are different from the theory, implementation is not in accordance with defined interventions, and nursing evaluations use SOAP format in accordance with the theory. Based on the results of the case studies that have been carried out, it is expected that nurses add insight and use new guidelines like SDKI 2016 that exist in providing nursing care so that they can provide comprehensive nursing care.
