Abstract
Prematuritas adalah kondisi bayi yang lahir, namun belum mencapai usia kehamilan 37 minggu, dihitung sejak hari pertama haid terakhir. Kelahiran prematur disebabkan karena beberapa faktor yaitu ibu, kehamilan dan ekonomi. Bayi dengan kelahiran prematur dapat mengalami berbagai masalah keperawatan seperti hipotermi. Bayi prematuritas umumnya akan dirawat di dalam inkubator untuk menjaga agar suhu tubuh bayi selalu stabil. Penelitian ini betujuan mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada bayi prematuritas dengan hipotermi di ruang NICU RSUD Wangaya Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua subjek dengan melakukan studi dokumentasi melalui observasi dokumen rekam medis dan wawancara pada perawat serta keluarga pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesamaaan antara dua subjek penelitian yang mengalami hipotermi dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan. Perbedaan terdapat pada acuan teori perawat ruangan dan peneliti. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendokumentasian yang dilakukan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan acuan teori yang digunakan oleh perawat dan peneliti dalam pendokumemntasian asuhan keperawatan pada bayi prematuritas dengan hipotermi di ruang NICU RSUD Wangaya tahun 2019. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan instititusi terus memperbaharui metodelogi penelitian serta bagi rumah sakit terus meningkatkan sumber daya manusia sesuai standar terbaru Kata kunci : Bayi Prematuritas, Hipotermi, Asuhan Keperawatan Prematurity is condition of a baby born, but has not reached 37 weeks' gestation, calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period. Premature birth is caused by several factors, namely mother, pregnancy and economy. Babies with preterm birth can experience various nursing problems such as hypothermia. Prematurity babies will generally be treated in an incubator to keep the baby's body temperature stable. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in prematurity infants with hypothermia in the Nursing Intensive Care Unit room in Wangaya Regional Hospital in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of two subjects by conducting documentation studies through observation of medical record documents and interviews with nurses and patients' families . The results showed that there were similarities between two research subjects who experienced hypothermia in documenting nursing process. The difference in the reference of room nurse theory and researchers. This shows that documentation carried out is influenced by the knowledge and theoretical references used by nurses and researchers in documenting nursing care in prematurity infants with hypothermia in the nursing intensive care unit room at Wangaya Hospital in 2019. Based on this study, it is recommended that the institute continue to update research methodologies and hospitals must continue to improve human resources according to the latest standards.
