Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR A 30-YEAR-OLD MULTIGRAVID MOTHER "MM" FROM 18 WEEKS 6 DAYS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care using the Continuity of Care (COC) approach was conducted due to maternal discomfort during pregnancy in the form of fatigue caused by a lack of husband support. This care aimed to monitor the condition of the mother and fetus continuously and to detect complications early during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. The method used was a case study with primary data collected through interviews and secondary data obtained from the maternal and child health (MCH) handbook documentation. During pregnancy, the mother attended 10 antenatal visits with 12T services. Examination results showed hemoglobin level of 11.5 gr/dL, BMI of 18.9 kg/m², MUAC of 24.2 cm, normal blood pressure, and non-reactive triple elimination screening results. The mother had undergone first and third trimester ultrasound examinations and received complementary care in the form of pregnancy exercise and fetal brain stimulation. Labor occurred physiologically at 38 weeks and 2 days of gestation without complications, with the duration of the first stage 2.5 hours, second stage 30 minutes, third stage 5 minutes, and fourth stage within normal limits. The baby was born in good condition with a birth weight of 3070 grams and body length of 50 cm and received vitamin K, eye ointment, Hepatitis B-0 immunization, congenital hypothyroidism screening, and congenital heart disease screening with normal results. The postpartum period was physiological with good uterine involution, normal lochia, and smooth lactation. The mother also received education on breastfeeding, self-care, endorphin massage, oxytocin massage, baby massage, and used 3-month injectable contraception. Keywords: pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, complementary care, comprehensive midwifery care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “MM” UMUR 30 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 18 MINGGU 6 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dengan pendekatan berkesinambungan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidaknyamanan ibu selama kehamilan berupa mudah lelah akibat kurangnya dukungan suami. Asuhan bertujuan untuk memantau kondisi ibu dan janin secara berkesinambungan serta mendeteksi dini kemungkinan komplikasi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder dari dokumentasi buku KIA. Selama kehamilan ibu melakukan 10 kali kunjungan antenatal dengan pelayanan 12T. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan Hb 11,5 gr/dL, IMT 18,9 kg/m², LILA 24,2 cm, tekanan darah normal, dan triple eliminasi non reaktif. Ibu telah melakukan USG trimester I dan III serta mendapatkan asuhan komplementer berupa senam hamil dan stimulasi otak janin. Persalinan berlangsung fisiologis pada usia kehamilan 38 minggu 2 hari tanpa komplikasi dengan kala I 2,5 jam, kala II 30 menit, kala III 5 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir dengan BB 3070 gram dan PB 50 cm dalam kondisi baik serta telah mendapatkan vitamin K, salep mata, imunisasi Hb-0, SHK, dan skrining PJB dengan hasil normal. Masa nifas berlangsung fisiologis dengan involusi uterus baik, lochea normal, dan laktasi lancar. Ibu juga mendapatkan edukasi menyusui, perawatan diri, pijat endorfin, pijat oksitosin, dan pijat bayi serta ibu sudah menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan.
