Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER "DAS" AGE 27 YEARS MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 14 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Maternal death is one of the goals included in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Efforts to reduce maternal mortality ratio (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) by the government require optimal services starting from pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period by providing comprehensive and continuous midwifery care, or continuity of care (COC). The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of the implementation of Continuity of Care (COC) midwifery care provided to mother “DAS,” a 27-year-old multigravida, from 14 weeks of pregnancy until the end of the postpartum period and the baby at 42 days old. Data collection was carried out through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Pregnancy care was provided according to ANC service standards, which are the 12T with six visits. Childbirth received care according to the mother-friendly movement that prioritizes the comfort of the mother during labor. Postpartum and infant care was provided in four postpartum visits and three neonatal visits where the mother had already Using family planning and the baby has already received basic immunizations. Monitoring is carried out by applying complementary care to reduce pharmacological interventions. The conclusion in this case study is that the pregnancy process up to 42 days postpartum proceeds physiologically. Keywords: pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, baby, complementary. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DAS” UMUR 27 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 14 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Kematian ibu merupakan salah satu goals yang terdapat pada 17 tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Upaya menurunkan AKI dan AKB yang dilakukan pemerintah memerlukan pelayanan yang optimal dimulai dari proses kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas dengan memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan atau continuity of care (COC). Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan Continuity Of Care (COC) yang diberikan pada ibu “DAS” umur 27 tahun multigravida dari usia kehamilan 14 minggu sampai berakhir masa nifas dan bayi umur 42 hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Asuhan kehamilan berikan sesuai standar pelayanan ANC yaitu 12T dengan enam kali kunjungan. Persalinan diberikan asuhan sesuai gerakan sayang ibu yang mengutamakan kenyamanan ibu bersalin.masa nifas dan bayi diberikan asuhan dalam empat kali kunjungan nifas dan tiga kali kunjungan neonatus dimana ibu sudah menggunkan KB dan bayi sudah mendapatkan imunisasi dasar. Pemantauan dilakukan dengan menerapkan asuhan komplementer untuk mengurangi intervensi farmakologis. Kesimpulan pada studi kasus ini bahwa proses kehamilan sampai nifas 42 hari berjalan secara fisologis. Kata Kunci : kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi, komplementer.
