Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN NORMAL POSTPARTUM MOTHER WITH PHYSICAL MOBILITY DISORDERS IN DARA WARD WANGAYA HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Disorders of physical mobility occur in postpartum mothers caused by the mother does not want to do early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in normal postpartum mothers with impaired physical mobility in the Dara Ward of Wangaya Hospital. The research method used was descriptive research with a case study design carried out in May 2019. The sample used was 2 people who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The instrument used is documentation guidelines. The results obtained include the study of documentation carried out connecting the patient in the delivery room (VK) to the Dara ward. The assessment was carried out once when the mother first entered the hospital to go home, nursing diagnoses did not raise nursing diagnoses of physical mobility but midwifery diagnoses, in nursing interventions not in accordance with theoretical references, there was no implementation sheet specifically in nursing implementation, and evaluation nursing has used the SOAP format and has been documented according to the theory. It is hoped that this research can be used as a guideline by the Wangaya Hospital to increase the standard of nursing care in the Dara ward and the formulation of diagnoses using the reference to the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standard. Keywords: Mother Post Partum; Disorders of Physical Mobility; Nursing care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU POST PARTUM NORMAL DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RUANG DARA RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Gangguan mobilitas fisik terjadi pada ibu post partum diakibatkan karena ibu tidak mau untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum normal dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di ruang Dara RSUD Wangaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2019. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 2 orang yang memenuhi kriteria insklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapat meliputi pada pengkajian dokumentasi dilakukan menyambung sejak pasien di ruang bersalin (VK) sampai ke ruang Dara. Pengkajian dilakukan sekali pada saat pertama kali ibu masuk rumah sakit sampai pulang, pada diagnosa keperawatan tidak mengangkat diagnosa keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik tetapi diagnosa kebidanan, pada intervensi keperawatan tidak sesuai dengan acuan teori, pada implementasi keperawatan tidak terdapat lembar implementasi secara mengkhusus, dan pada evaluasi keperawatan telah menggunakan format SOAP dan telah didokumentasikan sesuai dengan teori. Diharapkan agar penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pedoman oleh RSUD Wangaya untuk menambah standar asuhan keperawatan di ruang Dara serta perumusan diagnosa menggunakan acuan Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia.
