Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING ATTITUDES IN WOMEN TO RELAX WITH THE READINESS OF INCREASING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT KB IUD POST PLACENTA ABSTRACT The use of post placental IUD KB is a government-driven program that is considered more effective compared to other types of contraception because its use can be done 10 minutes after the placenta is born and reduces morbidity in the mother. This study aims to identify nursing care for mothers in the readiness to increase knowledge about post placental IUD birth control. The design of this study uses descriptive research with a case study design using the observation and documentation data collection techniques. The number of subjects used, namely 2 patients. The study did not describe specifically that the patient had readiness to increase knowledge about post placental IUD KB. The nursing diagnosis used was readiness to increase knowledge about post placental IUD KB. Implementation carried out on maternal patients is not the same as the guidelines used by researchers and the evaluation results are guided by nursing goals that have been prepared using SOAP. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are several differences with the researchers' theory both from assessment to nursing evaluation. The results of this study are expected to be a reference or referencein application of nursing care in the miswifery room. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU BERSALIN DENGAN KESIAPAN PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG KB IUD POST PLASENTA ABSTRAK Penggunaan KB IUD post plasenta merupakan program yang digalakkan oleh pemerintah yang dianggap lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan jenis kontrasepsi lainnya karena penggunaannya dapat dilakukan 10 menit setelah plasenta dilahirkan dan mengurangi angka kesakitan pada ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asuhan keperawatan pada ibu bersalin dalam kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang KB IUD post plasenta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah subyek yang digunakan, yaitu 2 pasien. Pengkajian yang dilakukan tidak menggambarkan secara mengkhusus bahwa pasien memiliki kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang KB IUD post plasenta. Tidak ditemukan diagnosa keperawatan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan pada ibu bersalins. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada pasien ibu bersalin tidak sama dengan pedoman yang yang digunakan peneliti dan hasil evaluasi berpedoman pada tujuan keperawatan yang telah disusun dengan menggunakan SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan pedoman yang digunakan dengan teori peneliti baik dari pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan ataupun referensi dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan di ruang kebidanan.
