Abstract

Bayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) adalah bayi dengan berat lahir kurang dari 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi. Masalah yang dapat timbul pada bayi BBLR yaitu risiko hipotermia. Risiko hipotermia ialah berisiko mengalami kegagalan termoregulasi yang dapat mengakibatkan suhu tubuh berada di bawah rentang normal (360- 36,40 celcius). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada bayi BBLR dengan risiko hipotermia di Ruang NICU RSUD Mangusada Badung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan bulan April 2019. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu 2 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah pedoman observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian meliputi pengkajian dari subjek 1 dan 2 terdapat kesamaan data yang diperoleh namun terdapat perbedaan acuan teori. Diagnosis keperawatan dari subjek 1 dan 2 terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori. Perencanaan keperawatan dari subjek 1 dan 2 terdapat beberapa perbedaan. Implementasi keperawatan dari subjek 1 dan 2 terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori, dimana implementasi yang dilakukan jumlahnya lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan acuan teori. Evaluasi keperawatan pada kasus 1 dan 2 terdapat perbedaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang keperawatan baik bagi Institusi Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar dan pihak RSUD Mangusada Badung. Kata kunci : BBLR, Risiko Hipotermia, Asuhan Keperawatan Infants Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a baby with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams regardless of gestation. The problem that can arise in LBW babies is the risk of hypothermia. The risk of hypothermia is the risk of experiencing thermoregulation failure which can result in body temperature below the normal range (360-36.40 celcius). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in LBW infants with the risk of hypothermia in the NICU Room at Mangusada Badung Hospital. The method used is descriptive research with a case study conducted in April 2019. Subjects used were 2 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used are guidelines for participant observation and documentation. The results of the study include the study of subjects 1 and 2 there are similarities in the data obtained but there are differences in theoretical references. Nursing diagnoses from subjects 1 and 2 are different with theoretical references. Nursing interventions from subjects 1 and 2 have several differences. Nursing implementation of subjects 1 and 2 are different with reference to the theory, where the implementation carried out is less than the theoretical reference. Nursing evaluation in cases 1 and 2 are different. This research is expected to be good guide for Polytechnic Institution of Kemenkes Denpasar and the Mangusada Badung Hospital.
