Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. ‘CF’ 27 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA SINCE 19 WEEK 5 DAY OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case study held at Technical Implementation Unit of Denpasar Utara III Health Community Center area in 2025 ABSTRACT Continuity of midwifery care is provided to prevent complications that may endanger the lives of mothers and infants and is expected to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This report aims to describe the outcomes of care given to Mrs. “CF,” from 19 weeks and 5 days of gestation through the postpartum and newborn period, in accordance with midwifery care standards. The course of pregnancy through the postpartum period was physiological. Complementary therapies were provided throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and neonatal care. These complementary approaches included herbal therapy, prana healing, yoga, meditation, back massage, hypnotherapy, sound healing, crystal healing, acupressure, and acupuncture for both mother and baby. The results showed that the pregnancy progressed physiologically without complications. The mother gave birth spontaneously through vaginal delivery with normal labor progress. The baby was born alive, weighing 3,400 grams, cried strongly, and successfully underwent early initiation of breastfeeding immediately after birth. The postpartum period proceeded normally, characterized by good uterine involution, appropriate lochia discharge, and successful exclusive breastfeeding. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU ‘CF’ UMUR 27 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN 19 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI DENGAN 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilakukan di UPTD Puskesmas III Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Pelayanan kebidanan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mencegah komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta diharapkan dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu ‘CF’dari kehamilan 19 minggu 5 hari hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Perkembangan kehamilan hingga nifas ibu ‘CF’ berjalan fisiologis. Pemberian terapi komplementer dilakukan selama masa kehamilan hingga nifas dan neonatus. Terapi komplementer menggunakan herbal, prana healing, yoga, meditasi, massase punggung, hypnoterapi, sound healing, crystal healing, akupresure dan akupunktur kepada ibu dan bayi. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa kehamilan berjalan fisiologis tanpa penyulit, ibu melahirkan secara spontan pervaginam dengan kemajuan persalinan dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir hidup dengan berat badan 3.400 gram, menangis kuat, dan dilakukan inisiasi menyusu dini segera setelah lahir. Masa nifas berlangsung normal, ditandai dengan involusi uterus yang baik, lochea sesuai tahap, dan keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kata Kunci: bayi, kehamilan, nifas , persalinan.
