abstrak CARE MIDWIFERY ON MOTHER “ NE ” AGE 28 YEARS MULTIGRAVIDAFROM AGEPREGNANCY14WEEKS TO 42 DAYS OFTHE PUBLIC PERIOD IN THE REGION WORK UPTD PUSKESMAS ABANG II Case Study Conducted in Work Area Units Executor Technical Service Public health center Abang II Year 2025 ABSTRACT The maternal mortality rate ( MMR) in Indonesia is relatively high . MMR in 2022 was recorded at around 183 per 100,000 live births in cases of maternal death . Care midwifery comprehensive in accordance standard from pregnancy until period Postpartum is one of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. Study objectives case This is for know results of care Which given to mother “ NE ” from trimesters of pregnancy II until the postpartum period and the new baby born according to standards. Determination method case Which used that is through interview, inspection, observation and documentation. Care is provided from September 2024 until April 2025 . Pregnancy development Mother “ NE ” runs in a way physiological. Complementary care is implemented well according to the mother's needs. Mother giving birth vaginal without complications. Kala I taking place during four hour, time II is fourty minutes, period III is seven minutes and IV stage monitoring was within normal limits. Baby born on the 27th February 2025 at time 04.00 am soon crying , active movement, reddish skin and birth weight 2800 grams. At the time postpartum process involution uterus, expenditure lokea, lactation And psychological taking place in limit normal. Midwifery care during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and infants is in accordance with standards. Midwives must always provide midwifery care according to standards because it is very important to monitor and detect complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and infants. Say key : care, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, baby vi ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “NE” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 10 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARIMASA NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA UPTD PUSKESMAS ABANG II Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Puskesmas Abang II Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia relatif cukup tinggi. AKI Tahun 2022 terdata berkisar 183 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup kasus kematian ibu. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif sesuai standar dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas adalah salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “NE” dari kehamilan trimester II sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir sesuai standar. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan September 2024 sampai April 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “NE” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan komplementer diterapkan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama empat jam, kala II empat puluh menit, kala III tujuh menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir tanggal 27 Februari 2025 pukul 04.00 Wita segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 2800 gram. Pada masa nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lokea, laktasi dan psikologis berlangsung dalam batas normal. Asuhan kebidanan pada kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi sudah sesuai dengan standar. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar karena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
