Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. "KE," 30 YEARS OLD, MULTIGRAVIDA, FROM 18 WEEKS 5 DAYS GESTATION TO 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided to enable early detection and prevention of complications that may threaten the lives of both mother and baby, thereby contributing to the reduction of maternal and infant mortality rates. This report aimed to determine the outcomes of midwifery care provided to Mrs. “KE” from 18 weeks and 5 days of gestation until 42 days postpartum in accordance with standard care procedures. The study employed a case study method with data collected through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from October 2025 to April 2026, including therapy based on collaboration and referral results, as well as complementary care tailored to the mother’s needs. The mother delivered vaginally without complications. The first stage of labor lasted 3 hours from 5 cm cervical dilation, the second stage 25 minutes, the third stage 5 minutes, and the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby cried immediately after birth, was active, and had a birth weight of 3250 grams. The postpartum period progressed physiologically, characterized by normal uterine involution, lochia discharge, and lactation. The entire process from pregnancy to postpartum was physiological. Standard midwifery care should continue to be implemented to monitor and detect complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. Keywords: Comprehensive midwifery care, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KE” UMUR 30 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 18 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mendeteksi dini serta mencegah komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi guna menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB). Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “KE” sejak usia kehamilan 18 minggu 5 hari hingga 42 hari masa nifas sesuai standar pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Asuhan dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025 hingga April 2026, termasuk terapi sesuai hasil kolaborasi dan rujukan serta penerapan asuhan komplementer sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Ibu melahirkan secara pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung 3 jam dari pembukaan 5 cm, kala II 25 menit, kala III 5 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, bergerak aktif, dengan berat badan lahir 3250 gram. Masa nifas berlangsung fisiologis ditandai involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, dan laktasi yang normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan hingga nifas berjalan fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar perlu terus diterapkan untuk memantau dan mendeteksi komplikasi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir.
