Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. "IR" 34TH YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID SINCE 35 WEEKS 4 DAYS AGES OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case study held at Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara area in 2018 ABSTRACT The goal of Indonesia health development are using maternal and infant mortality rate as the main indicators.. This report purposed to know the result of midwifery care that given to Mrs. “IR” started from 35 weeks 4 days of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum included newborn who given midwifery care according to standard. This study used case study method with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care was given from April until June 2018. The development of pregnancy’s Mrs. “IR” looks around pathologically because from the first examination at the beginning of the midwifery care she was diagnosed mild anemia. The therapies have been approriate with the result of collaboration and references. The labor through by vaginal delivery without complication. The first stage of labor spend 4 hours 40 minutes, the second stage in 15 minutes, the third stage in 5 minutes and the monitoring at the fourth stage was normal. The baby was born immediately crying, the muscle tone was active, the skin redness and the birth weight was 3600 grams. The process of involution uterus, the expulsion of lochea and lactation during the postpartum period was normal. Hemoglobin of Mrs. “IR” was increase in 30 days postpartum. Altough she had mild anemia but there was not complication in mother and infant. Therefore, it was important to provide midwife care according to standard as an effort to observed and detected about complication in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant. Keyword: pregnancy, anemia, labor, postpartum, infant ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “IR” UMUR 34 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 35 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi kasus dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara Tahun 2018 ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pembangunan sektor kesehatan menggunakan indikator angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) sebagai indikator utama. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu hamil dari umur kehamilan 35 minggu 4 hari hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan April sampai Juni 2018. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “IR” berjalan patologis karena pada pemeriksaan kehamilan diawal asuhan, ibu mengalami anemia ringan. Pemberian terapi disesuaikan dengan kolaborasi dan rujukan yang telah dilakukan. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 4 jam 40 menit, kala II 15 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3600 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Walaupun ibu mengalami anemia ringan namun tidak ada komplikasi yang terjadi pada ibu dan bayi. Oleh karena itu, penting memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
