Abstract

ABSTRAK Pneumonia adalah peradangan akut jaringan paru yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganise seperti bakteri,jamur, dan virus. Pneumonia ini biasanya menimbulkan gejala ringan hingga berat. Infeksi yang terjadi pada paru-paru menyebabkan terjadinya peradagan pada kantong udara (alveoli) di salah satu atau kedua paru-paru, yang mengakibatkan alveoli dipenuhi cairan sehingga membuat penderita sulit bernafas. Tujuan penulisan yaitu untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien dengan penyakit pneumonia Di Ruang Jepun RSUD Bali Mandara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil pengkajian ditemukan data batuk tidak efektif, tidak mampu batuk, sputum berlebih sebanyak 0,5 ml, wheezing, ronchi, gelisah, frekuensi napas berubah, pola napas berubah. Diagnosis keperawatan menggunakan SDKI gejala dan tanda mayor ≥80%, sehingga diagnosis bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dapat ditegakkan, perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan SLKI dan SIKI lebih menekankan pada intervensi Active Cycle Of Breathing Tehnique (ACBT) dan batuk efektif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan tujuan tercapai yaitu bersihan jalan nafas meningkat dengan kriteria hasil batuk efektif meningkat, whezzing menurun, produksi sputum menurun, gelisah menurun, sesak menurun,sulit bicara menurun. Pemberian terapi pernapasan ACBT dan batuk efektif mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. ABSTRACT Pneumonia is an acute inflammation of lung tissue caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses. This pneumonia usually causes mild to severe symptoms. Infections that occur in the lungs cause inflammation of the air sacs (alveoli) in one or both lungs, which causes the alveoli to fill with fluid, making it difficult for sufferers to breathe. The purpose of this writing is to determine whether maintaining airway clearance is ineffective in patients with pneumonia in the Jepun Room at Bali Mandara Hospital. This research uses a descriptive method. The results of the assessment showed that the cough was ineffective, unable to cough, excess phlegm of 0.5 ml, wheezing, rhonchi, restlessness, respiratory frequency changed, breathing pattern changed. The diagnosis of bleeding uses SDKI symptoms and major signs ≥80%, so that a diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance can be made. Surgical planning using SLKI and SIKI places greater emphasis on Active Cycle Of Breathing Technique (ACBT) intervention and effective coughing. The evaluation results showed that the goal was achieved, namely increased airway clearance with the criteria of increased effective coughing, decreased wheezing, decreased phlegm production, decreased anxiety, decreased shortness of breath, decreased difficulty speaking. Providing ACBT respiratory therapy and effective coughing can overcome ineffective airway clearance.
