Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING OF NURSING SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING THERAPY FOR REDUCE SOCIAL ISOLATION SKIZOFRENIA PATIENTS YEAR 2018 (This Case Study was conducted at RSJ Bali Province) ABSTRAC Social isolation is a state in which an individual person experiences a decline or even inability to interact with others around him / her. Nursing problems with social isolation if not addressed soon lead to a lack of willingness to perform daily activities, and a lack of interest in social relationships. Based on research conducted shows that social skills training therapy can reduce social isolation. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care given social skills training therapy to reduce social isolation in schizophrenic patients. This research uses descriptive research type and using case study approach in two social isolation patients at RSJ Bali Province. The results of the assessment conducted through interviews, observation and documentation on the nurse obtained the results of subjective data patients say want to own, feel lazy and weak, feel useless, objective data no eye contact, withdraw. Based on these assessments can be formulated nursing problems that is social isolation. The action is done is the provision of social skills training therapy. The results obtained after the evaluation of nursing care for four days for 30 minutes, the problem of social isolation experienced by the subject is reduced.
