Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA ANAK YANG MENGALAMI PNEUMONIA DENGAN TERAPI JAHE MADU DI RSUD BALI MANDARA Luh Putu Febby Manika Sari Program Studi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: manikasarifebby@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pneumonia merupakan proses inflamatori parenkim paru yang pada umumnya disebabkan oleh agen infeksius. Pneumonia adalah penyakit peradangan akut parenkim paru yang biasanya terjadi ketika infeksi saluran pernafasan bawah akut, yang terdapat gejala batuk disertai sesak nafas dan disebabkan oleh agen infeksius seperti virus, bakteri, mycoplasma (fungi) dan aspirasi substansi asing, berbentuk radang paruparu yang dibarengan dengan eksudasi (proses pengeluaran). Berdasarkan data riskesdas 2018, jumlah kasus pneumonia di Bali terus mengalami peningkatan dan kota Denpasar menduduki urutan pertama dengan total 719 pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada anak yang mengalami pneumonia dengan terapi jahe madu di RSUD Bali Mandara. Berdasarkan analisa data yang diperoleh, dapat dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan sekresi yang tertahan ditandai dengan keluarga pasien mengatakan batuk sejak 1 minggu yang lalu, pasien mengeluh susah mengeluarkan dahak, tampak tidak mampu batuk efektif, tampak produksi sputum berlebih, terdengar suara napas tambahan ronkhi. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan bersihan jan napas tidak efektif yang dikombinasikan dengan inovasi terapi jahe madu sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) memperoleh hasil yang baik dan efektif dalam mengencerkan dahak (bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif) pada anak pneumonia. Kata Kunci: Asuhan keperawatan, bersihan jalan napas, terapi jahe madu NURSING CARE TO CLEAR THE BREATHWAY IS NOT EFFECTIVE IN CHILDREN WHO HAVE PNEUMONIA WITH HONEY GINGER THERAPY AT BALI MANDARA HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Pneumonia is an inflammatory process of the lung parenchyma which is generally caused by infectious agents. Pneumonia is an acute inflammatory disease of the lung parenchyma which usually occurs when an acute lower respiratory tract infection, which has symptoms of cough accompanied by shortness of breath and is caused by infectious agents such as viruses, bacteria, mycoplasma (fungi) and aspiration of foreign substances, in the form of inflammation of the lungs accompanied by exudation. (production process). Based on 2018 riskesdas data, the number of pneumonia cases in Bali continues to increase and the city of Denpasar is in first place with a total of 719 patients. The aim of this research is to determine whether airway clearance nursing care is ineffective in children who experience pneumonia with ginger honey therapy at the Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, a nursing diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions can be formulated, indicated by the patient's family saying they have been coughing since 1 week ago, the patient complains of difficulty expelling phlegm, appears unable to cough effectively, appears to be producing excessive sputum, sounds additional breath sounds, rhonchi. Based on the implementation of ineffective airway clearance nursing care combined with innovative ginger honey therapy in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), good and effective results were obtained in thinning phlegm (ineffective airway clearance) in children with pneumonia.
