Abstract

GAMBARAN KEPUASAN IBU HAMIL TERHADAP PELAYANAN ANTENATAL DI PUSKESMAS BAKUNASE KOTA KUPANG TAHUN 2023 Siti Hamidah Ali Wahid Tuan Dasi ABSTRAK Tahun 2022 dilakukan studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Bakunase Kota Kupang, mendapatkan data bahwa cakupan K1 2022 di Puskesmas Bakunase Kota Kupang sebesar 98,7%, dan untuk cakupan K4 sebesar 97%. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kepuasan Ibu Terhadap Pelayanan Antenatal di Puskesmas Bakunase Kota Kupang Tahun 2023, dalam penelitian ini sendiri metode atau teori yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pasien. Pada model servqual yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa dimensi yang digunakan, yaitu. Tangibles (bukti nyata), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), reliability (keandalan) dan emphaty (empati), besar sampel 53 orang diambil dengan teknik sistematik random, hasil penelitian pada dimensi bukti langsung (tangible) 84,1%, dimensi kehandalan (reliability) 88,20%, ketanggapan (responsiveness) 87,35%, jaminan (assurance) 84,80% dan dimensi empati (empathy) 86,22%. keseluruhan dari 5 dimensi 89,32% yang artinya pasien merasa sangat puas. Rata-rata keseluruhan dari 5 dimensi tersebut didapatkan hasil yaitu 89,32% yang artinya pasien merasa sangat puas. Diasarankan kepada pihak puskesmas agar dapat mempertahankan Dan Meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan, agar pasien, terkhusus ibu hamil bisa tetap merasakan kepuasan, terhadap pelayanan yang di berikan. . The servqual model used in this study includes several dimensions, namely tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy. A sample size of 53 individuals was taken using systematic random technique. The research results showed that the tangible dimension had a score of 84.1%, the reliability dimension scored 88.20%, the responsiveness dimension scored 87.35%, the assurance dimension scored 84.80%, and the empathy dimension scored 86.22%. The overall score for the 5 dimensions was 89.32%, indicating that the patients felt Very Satisfied.
