Abstract
Stroke non hemoragic (SNH) is a blockage of blood vessels that cause blood flow to the brain partially or completely stopped. Nursing care of nutritional deficit is the most important in the treatment process of non hemorrhagic stroke patients. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of nursing care from assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, implementation, and nursing evaluation in Cendrawasih Ward Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. This research uses descriptive method with case study design. Respondents in this study were two persons and selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of this study show Based on the case study on Tn. C and Mr. P found deficit nutritional problems. The action is to examine the deficit nutritional that is, review the client's diet, review the client's eating habits and favorite foods, encourage the family to improve nutrition and fluid intake, collaboration with nutritionists about the needs of calories and type of food needed, assess the need for installation NGT, provide a comfortable and quiet environment to support eating, decreased monitors and increased BB.
