Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF HEMBOGLOBIN LEVELS IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT UPTD PUSKESMAS KEDIRI II ABSTRACT Anemia is defined as a hemoglobin, hematocrit, and red blood cell count that are lower than normal due to a combination of factors, including the mother's age, gestational age, gestational distance and degree of awareness. The goal of this study was to measure hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at UPTD Puskesmas Kediri II. This study employs descriptive research with a nonprobability sampling method and a total sampling technique. During the months of January until March, 31 pregnant women were interviewed. POCT was used to evaluate the samples. According to the findings of this study, 23 people (74%) had normal hemoglobin levels, while 8 people (26% had low hemoglobin levels). Most pregnant women were not at risk for 30 people (97%), gestational age in the second trimester was 27 people (87%), had a range of pregnancies that were not at risk for 25 people (81%), and 15 people (48%) have good knowledge. In this study, the variable that has the greatest influence on hemoglobin levels is the level of knowledge. As a result, it is required. Keywords: Hemoglobin, anemia, pregnant women
