Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are the indicators that reflect the degree of health especially for women. Midwives as one of the closest health care personnel with a women has an important role for reducing MMR and IMR. The roles of midwifery student provide comprehensive and continuous care in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn. The method in this final report is a case study conducted at Public Health I West of Denpasar. The purpose of this final report to find out the result of implementation midwifery care of Mrs. “PA” 20 years old primigravida ranging from 37 weeks 2 days of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum period. Result of the third trimester of pregnancy lasted physiologically. The delivery process is physiologiccally but Mrs. “PA” gets tired and already addressed with giving the fluids. Babies born crying immediately, good muscle tone with a birth weight is 3500 grams. Puerperal not experienced any problems where lactation process, the involution of uterus ,and lochea expenditure was normally. The baby until 42 days old spent normally too. The writer suggested that midwives have to always giving care according to standart. Keywords: pregnancy; labor; postpartum; baby. ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan salah satu indikator yang mencerminkan derajat kesehatan khususnya perempuan. Bidan sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang paling dekat dengan perempuan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Peran mahasiswa kebinanan yaitu dengan memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungam pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, dan bayi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan tugas akhir ini yaitu studi kasus yang dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “PA” umur 20 tahun primigravida dari umur kehamilan 37 minggu 2 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Kehamilan trimester III berjalan fisiologis. Proses persalinan berjalan fisiologis namun ibu mengalami kelelahan dan sudah tertangani dengan pemberian cairan. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot baik dengan berat badan lahir 3500 gram. Masa nifas tidak mengalami masalah dimana proses laktasi, involusi uterus dan pengeluaran lokia berjalan normal. Bayi hingga usia 42 hari juga berjalan normal. Penulis menyarankan agar bidan selalu memberikan asuhan sesuai standar. Kata Kunci: kehamilan; persalinan; nifas; bayi.
