Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF SERUM CREATININE LEVELS IN PATIENTS HYPERTENSION IN TABANAN HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Patients with hypertension are those who have the potential to experience an increase in serum creatinine levels. This is caused by increased arterial blood pressure in the kidneys, thus causing the risk of developing diseases such as chronic kidney disease. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of serum creatinine in hypertensive patients. The type of research used was descriptive, carried out at Tabanan District Hospital from February to May 2023. The study population was hypertension sufferers, with a sample size of 35 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Serum creatinine examination was carried out using a chemistry analyzer. Processing data using descriptive analysis. The results showed normal creatinine levels in 28 samples (80.00%), high serum creatinine in 7 people (20.00%). Serum creatinine levels were more common in adults (20-60 years), namely 24 people (68.57%), men experienced an increase (11.43%), and suffered for less than one year by 25 people (71.34). %). Hypertension sufferers are advised to reduce consumption of excess salt and fat, avoid smoking, coffee and alcoholic beverages, increase consumption of vegetables and fruit, exercise and sufficient fluid intake so that the body is properly hydrated to avoid an increase in serum creatinine levels due to hypertension. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tekanan darah arteri pada ginjal meningkat, sehingga menyebabkan risiko terjadinya penyakit seperti gangguan ginjal kronik. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar kreatinin serum pada penderita hipertensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dilaksanakan di RSUD Kabupaten Tabanan pada bulan Februari- Mei 2023. Populasi penelitian adalah penderita hipertensi, dengan besar sampel 35 responden diambil mempergunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pemeriksaan kreatinin serum dilakukan dengan alat chemistry analyzer. Pengolahan data mempergunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kadar kreatinin normal 28 sampel (80,00%), kreatinin serum tinggi 7 orang (20,00%). Kadar kreatinin serum lebih banyak ditemui pada usia dewasa (20-60 tahun) yaitu 24 orang (68,57%), pada pria mengalami peningkatan (11,43%), dan lama menderita kurang dari satu tahun sebesar 25 orang (71,34%). Bagi penderita hipertensi disarankan untuk mengurangi konsumsi garam dan lemak berlebih, menghindari merokok, kopi dan minuman beralkohol, memperbanyak konsumsi sayur dan buah, melakukan olahraga dan mencukupi asupan cairan agar tubuh terhidrasi dengan baik untuk menghindari peningkatan kadar kreatinin serum akibat hipertensi. |
