Abstract

ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and childbirth in women is a natural process and. During the process, special monitoring can be the cause and risk of maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (MMR). This writing aims to determine the progress of pregnancy of a 21-year-old Primary Gestational "A" mother from 37 weeks 1 day to 42 days of childbirth. Methods of data collection is done by way of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of care that has been given to the mother during pregnancy is physiological. Labor took place at gestational age of 38 weeks 4 days physiologically occurring in the second prolong so the mother was referred for a cesarean section. The baby is born healthy. The maternal breastfeeding takes place normally. The conclusion of this final project report is the development of pregnancy Mother "A" until 42 days during childbirth phase physiological. Keywords: pregnancy, labor, postpartum, baby ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas pada wanita adalah proses yang bersifat alami dan. Selama proses tersebut jika tidak dilakukan pemantauan khusus dapat menjadi patologi yang merupakan penyebab dan risiko dari Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB).Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kehamilan Ibu “A” usia 21 tahun primigravida dari usia kehamilan 37 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan kepada ibu pada masa kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis. Persalinan berlangsung pada usia kehamilan 38 minggu 4 hari secara fisiologis terjadi kala II lama sehingga ibu dirujuk untuk dilakukan tindakan sectio caesarea. Bayi lahir sehat.TRIAS nifas ibu berlangsung secara normal. Kesimpulan dari laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu perkembangan kehamilan Ibu “A” hingga 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung fisiologis.
