Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF PHYSICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL QUALITY PROTECTION OF JEPUN SPRINGS MUMBUL VILLAGE JUNGUTAN VILLAGE, BEBANDEM SUB-DISTRICT KARANGASEM DISTRICT YEAR 2023 ABSTRACT Jungutan Village is a village in eight villages which are located in Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency. Water is a basic need for humans because water is needed to improve people's health. However, the increase in population and human activities have certainly resulted in water pollution so that its quality is difficult to achieve. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and microbiological quality of the Protection of the Jepun Springs in Mumbul Hamlet, Jungutan Village. Samples are examined in the laboratory to measure water quality. Regarding physical quality, direct inspection is carried out in the field. The results of the Jepun PMA Environmental Health Inspection in Mumbul Hamlet showed a score of 1 which included low pollution risk, the Physical Quality of Jepun PMA in Mumbul Hamlet Fulfilled the Requirements, for a temperature of 24 ºC, tasteless, odorless, colorless and turbidity was 4 FNU. Microbiological Quality of PMA Jepun Meets the Requirements of Coliform 0 MPN/100 ml and Escherichia Coli 0 MPN/100 ml. It is hoped that the UPTD of the Bebandem Health Center will improve monitoring of the quality of drinking water, especially in the Mumbul Hamlet Jepun Spring Protection and routinely check water quality. Keywords: Spring Protection, Microbiological Quality, Physical Quality GAMBARAN KUALITAS FISIK DAN MIKROBIOLOGIS PERLINDUNGAN MATA AIR JEPUN DUSUN MUMBUL DESA JUNGUTAN KECAMATAN BEBANDEM KABUPATEN KARANGASEM TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Desa Jungutan ialah suatu desa yang ada pada delapan desa yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem. Berdasarkan data dari pihak UPTD Puskesmas Bebandem terdapat air bersih yang dimanfaatkan selaku air minum Tidak Memenuhi Syarat ada pada dusun mumbul desa Jungutan. Air ialah kebutuhan pokok bagi manusia karena air dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Namun peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan adanya aktivitas manusia tentunya mengakibatkan pencemaran air sehingga kualitasnya sulit dicapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik dan mikrobiologi Perlindungan Mata Air Jepun di Dusun Mumbul Desa Jungutan. Sampel diperiksa di Laboratorium untuk mengukur kualitas air. Mengenai kualitas fisik dilakukan pemeriksaan langsung di lapangan. Hasil Inspeksi Kesehatan Lingkungan PMA jepun di Dusun Mumbul menunjukkan skor 1 yang termasuk risiko pencemaran rendah, Kualitas Fisik PMA jepun di Dusun Mumbul Memenuhi Syarat, untuk suhu 24 ºC, air tidak berasa, air tidak berbau, air tidak berwarna dan kekeruhan 4 FNU. Kualitas Mikrobiologis PMA jepun Memenuhi Persyaratan Coliform 0 MPN/100 ml dan Escherichia Coli 0 MPN/100 ml. Diharapkan UPTD Puskesmas Bebandem meningkatkan pemantauan kualitas air minum khususnya di Perlindungan Mata Air Jepun Dusun Mumbul dan rutin melakukan pengecekan kualitas air.
