Abstract

GAMBARAN TINGKAT SUHU TUBUH PADA BAYI BBLR (BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH) DI RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Bayi BBLR cenderung memiliki pengaturan suhu tubuh yang abnormal karena produksi panas yang kurang baik dan peningkatan kehilangan panas pada tubuh bayi. Kehilangan panas yang meningkat karena permukaan tubuh tidak memiliki lapisan lemak subkutan cukup atau memiliki lemak subkutan yang sedikit, sehingga menyebabkan bayi BBLR mengalami hipotermia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat suhu tubuh pada bayi BBLR di RSUD Klungkung tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasi, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 81 bayi dengan BBLR. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar ditemukan bayi laki-laki terbanyak mengalami BBLR dengan jumlah 42 bayi (51.9%) dan bayi perempuan 39 bayi (48.1%). Suhu tubuh bayi BBLR sebagian besar yaitu hipotermia sebanyak 46 bayi (56,8%), bayi BBLR yang memiliki suhu normal yaitu 30 bayi (27.0%) dan bayi BBLR yang mengalami demam/febris yaitu 5 bayi (6,2%). Berat Badan Lahir pada Bayi BBLR pada penelitian ini banyak bayi yang mengalami BBLR sebanyak 71 bayi (87.7%), bayi yang mengalami BBLSR sebanyak 8 bayi (9.9) dan bayi yang mengalami BBLER sebanyak 2 bayi (25%). Petugas kesehatan terutama perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada bayi dengan BBLR sesuai dengan prosedur sehingga dapat mempertahankan suhu tubuh bayi dan mencegah penurunan suhu tubuh pada bayi. Kata kunci : Bayi, Berat Badan Lahir Rendah, Suhu Tubuh DESCRIPTION OF BODY TEMPERATURE LEVELS OF LBW INFANTS (LOW BIRTH WEIGHT) IN KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL IN 2023 ABSTRACT LBW babies tend to have abnormal body temperature regulation due to poor heat production and increased heat loss in the baby's body. Heat loss increases because the body surface does not have enough subcutaneous fat or has little subcutaneous fat, causing LBW babies to experience hypothermia. This study aims to describe the level of body temperature in LBW babies at Klungkung Hospital in 2023. The type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study found that most of the male babies experienced LBW with a total of 42 babies (51.9%) and 39 baby girls (48.1%). Most of the LBW babies' body temperatures were hypothermic as many as 46 babies (56.8%), LBW babies who had normal temperatures were 30 babies (27.0%) and LBW babies who had fever/febrile were 5 babies (6.2%) . Birth Weight in LBW Babies In this study, there were 71 babies with LBW babies (87.7%), 8 babies with LBW babies (9.9%) and 2 babies with LBW babies (25%). Health workers, especially nurses, provide nursing care for babies with LBW babies according to procedures so that they can maintain the baby's body temperature and prevent a decrease in body temperature in babies.
